I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping people of all ages feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to the life they want to live.

I believe that the more deeply we understand our inner-most world — our thoughts, feelings, sensations — the better and more authentically we can navigate our lives. My integrative approach is rooted in relational-psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral theories. My commitment to social justice and the Health at Every Size® movement allows me to create a safe space for folks of all shapes, sizes, and gender expressions.

I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children across a wide range of treatment settings, including the inpatient unit of New York Presbyterian Hospital-Payne Whitney Westchester, since 2009. I currently work with adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide range of emotional, life-stage, and interpersonal challenges. I dedicate a large portion of my practice to my specialization in eating disorders and body-image concerns, which you can learn more about over at Body-Positive Therapy NYC. For those looking for my body-positive parenting work I invite you to explore the many resources of The Full Bloom Project.

I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Master of Social Work from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, and a certification in Family-Based Treatment from the Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. I have also completed additional training in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) through the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford.
